Our class follows the traditional Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, a dynamic sequence designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner calm. You’ll be gently guided by Morgane, our experienced instructor who was trained by the disciples of a traditional Ashram in India. Her thoughtful teaching style blends authenticity with encouragement, making this the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice or start your journey.
After the session, stay and nourish your body with a delicious vegetarian meal prepared by our talented in-house chef – all for just $5! It’s the perfect way to end your practice, connect with others, and leave feeling refreshed inside and out.
